CHICAGO – As she prepares her agenda for the upcoming legislative session. State Senator Patricia Van Pelt (D-Chicago) invites residents to help shape her legislative agenda by participating in a new survey.
“I am very interested to know how the constituents I represent feel about the most pressing issues facing our district,” Van Pelt said. “I hope residents take advantage of this opportunity and share their voices with me. It would be so valuable.”
Topics covered in the survey include job growth, support for older Illinoisans, education, and public safety measures.
“Though we are seeking input on a set number of topics in this survey, people can always feel free to reach out to my office at any time, regarding any issue,” Van Pelt said. “My staff responds to all inquiries and brings them to my attention as soon as possible.”
