The Illinois Manufacturers' Association (IMA) is in the midst of its third annual contest: Makers' Madness: The Coolest Thing Made in Illinois, presented by Comcast Business. This fun contest highlights outstanding Illinois companies, great jobs, and the fantastic products made in our state. This year, over 400 outstanding products were nominated from across Illinois.
For the past several weeks, at www.MakersMadnesslL.com, almost 110,000 votes have been cast to identify this year's top 16 finalists. These 16 products will now compete in several rounds of bracketed, head-to-head voting, narrowing the field first to eight, and then to four, until finally, on April 27, a champion will be crowned as The Coolest Thing Made in Illinois for 2022.
